Mooloolaba Bowls Club

The Mooloolaba Bowls Club officially opened its new allweather facilities in  February 2012. The structure has  become an iconic Mooloolaba landmark, with its expansive , award-winning white canopy covering the fantastically engineered structure. They have also extended and completely renovated  the interior of the club house.

With the policy of promoting the game of lawn bowls and providing first class playing conditions all day, every day, the club achieves this by being open every day from 8.00am until late, and having 2 stunning synthetic undercover greens which allow players to keep dry even during the heaviest of downpours.

Winter sees two months of bowling tournaments and carnivals on the Sunshine Coast and many of the events are held at the Mooloolaba club.

Target bowls is a fun way to spend a couple of hours. At the price of $10 per adult and $3 per child and the coloured bowls being supplied it is great family fun for up to two hours, 9.00am to 7.00pm seven days a week.

Night bowls under the large white canopy are well lit. Bowlers and visitors to the Club can order delicious, well priced meals at Snapper’s Bistro and order a drink from the fully licensed bar. They feature Keno, 24 pokies and a great range of live entertainment. The facilities can be booked for weddings and birthdays, corporate functions, special events and private parties.

The Mooloolaba Bowls Club will come and pick you up from your Mooloolaba accommodation in their courtesy bus, Wednesday to Sunday nights, from 4.00pm until closing.

There is also a shop where you can purchase any bowling equipment you need. This is a one-stop destination for the avid bowler.

Northwind Apartments sponsors a bowls tournament each winter, which is when bowlers from the cooler climates winter over on the Sunshine Coast.

The Mooloolaba Bowls club is situated on Brisbane Road near the canals and is just a few minutes walk from Northwind, the stunning Mooloolaba Beach,  the Wharf precinct and Underwater World.
