This guest blog for ShotHouse Brew Bar! (careful how quickly you say that) is by Coen, owner and operator of a new espresso bar next to Northwind Beachfront Apartments. Located on Mooloolaba Esplanade, we focus on a method of coffee extraction called Pressure Profiling. 
Pressure profiling is a relatively new way of enjoying espresso, it leads to more control over the shots poured and the flavour you experience!
I have been traveling Australia drinking/brewing the finest coffee you can in this beautiful country for the last 5 years and now feel extremely privileged to be able to share my knowledge and coffee with all of you!
 Our signature house blend (which is roasted right here on the Sunshine Coast!) is multi-award winning and sourced from some of the best bean farms in the world! We are always updating the regions and ratios to make sure you are always getting the best cup for the time of year.
Our goal is to take the guess work out of coffee and make sure we have a consistently amazing cup for all of you to enjoy, not to mention our Single Origin Cold Drip and numerous other methods we are slowly adding the menu. We have one or two truly indulgent muffins and eats for you to enjoy with your chosen brew. We look forward to seeing you all very soon!
