April 2016 Newsletter It’s hard to believe we’re doing our April 2016 Newsletter. Autumn is well and truly underway. Mushrooms and fungi are popping up in gardens and parks. Particularly large ones are growing under casuarina trees. March was busy in Mooloolaba with the Mooloolaba Triathlon, a visit from the cruise ship Pacific Jewel, and Easter weekend. Mooloolaba Triathlon

The annual Subaru Mooloolaba Triathlon Festival has been held in Mooloolaba each March since 1993. USM owns and manages the event.  While the event attracts elite international and international athletes, there are also events for the “not so elite”. The Elite men’s and Elite Women’s events are the feature events for the three day festival.
